Amos was preached in the ancient kingdom of Israel, during the reign of King Jeroboam II. While the 10,000 steps goal can be a good motivator for some people to stay active, it is not a one-size-fits-all recommendation. The number of steps needed for optimal health can vary based on individual factors such as age, fitness level, and overall health. It's important to listen to your body and set realistic goals that work for you personally, rather than feeling pressured to reach a specific number of steps each day. Ultimately, any amount of physical activity is beneficial, so finding activities you enjoy and can consistently incorporate into your routine is key. **

Iceberg lettuce, for example, has a high water content and is lower in nutrients compared to darker leafy greens like spinach or kale. However, the addition of tomatoes, onions, and carrots does provide some vitamins, minerals, and fiber. To maximize the nutritional value of the salad, it's important to include a variety of colorful vegetables and consider incorporating other nutrient-rich ingredients such as nuts, seeds, or lean protein. **
